CLINTON HOUSING CORPORATION Clinton Housing Corporation is an organization providing supportive housing for vulnerable, at-risk populations in the Clinton area of New York City. CHC and Hudson Guild have collaborated to provide a geriatric specialist for one of their Department of Homeless licensed sites. This individual offers a broad range of case management, recreational and supportive services for 35 geriatrics who have exhibited a history of mental health issues and require a higher level of care and supports.
