ASPIRE The ASPIRE program, integrated within Hudson Guild's Center for Youth Development and Employment (CYDE), provides teens (aged 13-17) who exhibit emotional problems (certain diagnostic criteria) with a recreational/case-supportive program. Funded by the Department of Health and Mental Health, ASPIRE serves a minimum of 50 teens annually and is staffed by a full time MSW and full-time recreational specialist experienced with this population in providing counseling, case management, assistance with schools, and work with families as needed.
