Counseling Services

Hudson Guild offers an outpatient New York State Office of Mental Health (NYS OMH) licensed clinic to serve children, teens, adults, and families. Services include counseling, psychiatry with medication management as required, and resource and referral assistance. Our services are available in English and Spanish. Culturally competent Licensed Clinical Social Workers are available Monday - Friday during the day and Monday - Thursday evenings. Areas of specialty include mental health diagnosis and treatment, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), play-therapy for children, trauma treatment, and parenting skills counseling. Payments accepted for services include Medicaid, Medicare, most managed care plans, and self-paying fees based on a sliding scale.
