Clinton Housing Development

Clinton Housing Development Company (CHDC) is an organization that empowers residents and builds upon the existing sense of community by preserving, improving, and creating affordable housing in the Clinton area of New York City. Hudson Guild works with CHDC to provide a broad range of case management, recreational, and supportive services for homeless populations and older adults at several of CDHC’s Department of Homeless licensed sites. Provided by a geriatric specialist, these services have a lasting impact on the lives of individuals who have a history of mental health issues and require a higher level of care and support.
