Auditorium:
97 permanent seats and 6 spaces for wheelchairs

Stage:
Proscenium stage with opening that is 27’ 6” wide by 11’10” high. Stage depth is approximately 29’ at centerline. Stage height upstage of proscenium is approximately 16’ from deck to grid. Floor is painted (black) masonite on top of wood.

Dressing Rooms:
2 offstage left, each with room for 6-8 people, equipped with tables, chairs and mirrors. Toilet is located next to dressing rooms.

Theatre is appropriate for:
theatrical productions, dance companies, music recitals, play readings, lectures. Theatre is not appropriate for productions requiring major alterations of the stage.

Rental Fee:
$2,800 a week
(One half due on signing contract; second half due one business day before moving in.)

Insurance:
Million dollar liability insurance certificate must be provided by renter

Equipment $1,000 Deposit:
(Due one business day before moving in; refundable within 21 days after end of contract.)
