Enrichment Activities
Enrichment activities draw an average of 200 participants daily and help older adults learn new skills or improve existing ones, find creative outlets, and keep in shape mentally and physically. Participation in these activities deters feelings of isolation by giving seniors the chance to maintain social relationships and develop new ones. The Guild continues to provide a diverse range of activities responding to the varied needs and interests of our participants. Offerings include art, ballet, and opera appreciation, beginning computing, creative writing, chair aerobics, bridge, crafts, tai chi, jewelry making, dance, current events, ceramics, theater tickets, bingo, dominos, trivia, sing-a-long, painting, yoga, collage, walking club and qi gong.
