High school seniors in Hudson Guild's POWER UP program visit with William Floyd and Alex Abelin of Google to learn about careers in innovation and technology.
Google and Chelsea Improvement Company announce free WiFi for Southeast Chelsea
Hudson Guild hosted a press conference on January 8, 2013 in which Google and Chelsea Improvement Company announced free WiFi for Southeast Cheslea. Both Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Senior Senator from New York Charles Schumer were in attendance to cut the "cables", making Chelsea the first neighborhood in New York City to have full access to wireless internet.
“Chelsea WiFi is a great new resource for our neighborhood. Hudson Guild will use the network as a teaching resource for kids, as a tool to connect older adults inside and outside the senior center and to stay in touch with working parents. This free Internet access will, literally, help Chelsea stay connected,” said Ken Jockers, Executive Director of the Hudson Guild.

Open Enrollment Period for Hudson Guild's Early Childhood Education Program
Hudson Guild is now enrolling children from qualifying families for our Early Childhood Education Program for the new year. Family eligibility will be determined by ACS.
